Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins
Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible

Shipping Policy

All Scovalenti Studio pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Each order is custom-made and carefully crafted to order. Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days.

This timeframe allows us to print, press, assemble, and thoroughly quality-check each piece to ensure it meets our standards.

As a small, family-run studio, processing times may be extended during periods of increased order volume. We reserve the right to adjust processing times as needed to maintain the quality and care of our work.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from processing time and is determined by the carrier at checkout.

We package each order with care to protect your items during transit:

Expedited Production (Optional Request)

If you need your order sooner, expedited production may be available for an additional fee dependant upon the order quantity requested and will be determined on a case by case basis and also depending on the studio's current capacity.

Photography Services Policy

By booking a photography session with Scovalenti Studio, you agree to the following:

Sessions are scheduled within designated time windows and locations.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation if 15 minutes late or 5 minutes late for mini sessions.
Image selection and editing are at the discretion of Scovalenti Studio to ensure quality and consistency.
Final images will be delivered within the stated timeframe after the session.
Due to the nature of photography, outcomes may vary based on lighting, weather, and cooperation of subjects.

Copyright & Usage

All images created by Scovalenti Studio are the intellectual property of Scovalenti Studio and are protected under U.S. copyright law.

Clients are granted a personal-use license for purchased images, which allows for printing, sharing, and personal display.

Images may not be altered, sold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Scovalenti Studio reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written request for privacy is submitted.

Limitation of Liability

Scovalenti Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to equipment failure, loss of files, or environmental conditions, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

Model Release & Image Use Consent

By booking a session, participating in a photography event, or purchasing services from Scovalenti Studio, you (the “Client”) grant Scovalenti Studio, its owner, representatives, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or images taken during the session.

This includes the use of images for:

Portfolio display
Website and social media
Marketing and promotional materials
Advertising and educational content

The Client acknowledges and agrees that no compensation will be provided for such use.

Minors

If the subject of the photographs is under the age of 18, the Client confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have full authority to grant this release on their behalf.

Waiver of Rights

The Client waives any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any accompanying text or use.

The Client releases Scovalenti Studio from any claims, demands, or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of such images, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

Opt-Out Option

Clients may request that their images not be used for marketing or promotional purposes by submitting a written request to:

Agreement
